is a non-profit personalized career guidance movement targeted at university graduates and working adults, helping them decide on their best career opportunity and then preparing them to achieve it.

This is provided free of charge with the expectation that the receiver will work hard to put all the guidance received towards actualizing his/her ambitions.

We believe enabling people to get the right jobs can go a long way in positively impacting their lives, as most of us spend a large part of our life at work.

INSPIRATION

This initiative has been inspired by CHANDNI KUMAR LAL who passed away at the age of 29 on Dec 26, 2013, falling prey to a life-destroying aneurysm, that not only took her but also her two lovely babies ARIANA LAL and ADIRA LAL.

Chandni has been described as a beautiful soul, who built strong emotional bonds with people and touched their lives in a meaningful way. She lived life with a zest, a fearlessness, and was legendary for her infectious laughter. She infused everyone she met with a warmth and caring that lingers in everyone's mind.

After going through a lot of final round interviews without being able land a commercial role, I had exhausted all my leads and didn’t know where to turn. CKL.org was an immense help. The Interview Phase was the greatest help for Naina. These interactions with the Mentor helped Naina boost her overall confidence. Finally she successfully cleared the 7 rounds of interviews with Sthree and got her dream job.

I am extremely grateful for the help I got from Usman. The process of rehearsing interviews … was truly enlightening. I sure would not have been able to do the interviews as well, if not for your help…I can finally say I am employed after ages of searching.
